Talend was on a mission to place phrases to what have been essentially undefinable qualities of its model and tradition. What its folks advertising and marketing staff, led by World Individuals Advertising Supervisor Jonathan Hehir, uncovered was the significance of tradition, range, and company-wide EVP stewardship.
Why Tradition Is Key
“It’s robust for candidates to actually perceive what their subsequent enterprise appears to be like like and the kind of tradition they’re excited about,” Hehir says. “I can perceive why candidates after they’re taking a look at their job search, are behaving extra like shoppers.
